We work directly with premier area builders to offer our services to their buyers.  If you have visited a builder's home and picked up our application, please complete it and fax it to the number on the form.  This is the fastest way to begin the process!

We also have a number of lovely homes we own outright in the program.  Since we own these homes, we are willing to finance all or part of the purchase ourselves.  We can also be very creative with the financing and structure your purchase to fit your needs.  We recommend you first visit our Properties page to learn about these homes and how to see them in person.
